How to install Physician's Home Assistant

  • Environment: Windows, ME
  • Issue: CD does not have the auto run feature (it does nothing).
  • Solutions: Open the PHA cd from my computer icon, see details below:
  1. Insert CD in your local cd rom drive, (usually D,E or F drive).
  2. Disable antivirus, and click ctrl -alt-delete, and END all tasks except systray & explorer.
  3. Look for "my computer" icon on your screen (little icon, looks like a computer).
  4. Look for the PHA labeled cd rom drive (click it twice).
  5. In the PHA cd, click on the little icon called "pha".
The pha file runs the install for the program (it takes around 2 minutes).

To run program, go to START; PROGRAMS, and look for the Physician's Home Assistant programs menu. In the menu, move mouse to right , and click on the medical hand bag called PHA.
